Do the prices include fitting?
If you select our installation service then yes the prices include the supply of the Velux windows, delivery and fitting.
Do you fit Velux windows throughout the UK?
No we only offer our fitting / supply service in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
How much is delivery on supply only windows?
The price quoted includes delivery within Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes the prices include VAT . This is clearly shown.
Does the fitting include plasterboarding?
The prices quoted in our installation service are for fitting of the Velux windows. There is an option to select that you require platerboarding, if you do require plasterboarding then select this in the quote form and the price will be displayed.
Will you need to check the property first if I select the installation service?
In the majority of cases it will not be necessary to check the property first. With the information that we gather from the quote form we can gain a good insite to what is required. Our fitters are highly experienced in the installation of the Velux windows. We will also contact you to clarify all details. However if you do require your property checking first there will be a fee, please ask for details
Will scaffolding be required?
In the majority of cases the windows can be fitted from the inside.
Are your fitters Velux Trained?
Yes our company staff are fully trained and qualified in the fitting of Velux windows.
